1. Marketplace Role

1.1 The Platform Is An Online Meeting Place Where Employers May Post Opportunities And Workers May Apply Or Offer Services.

1.2 We Are Not An Employer, Recruiter, Or Contracting Party To Any Arrangement Made Through The Platform.

1.3 We Do Not Guarantee The Accuracy, Suitability, Or Availability Of Any Job, Employer, Or Worker Listed.

2. Payments & Work Arrangements

2.1 All Payments, Contracts, And Work Agreements Are Made Directly Between Employers And Workers.

2.2 The Platform Does Not Process Or Facilitate Payments And Has No Involvement In Compensation, Wages, Or Expenses.

3. Work Performance & Disputes

3.1 We Do Not Supervise, Direct, Or Control The Work Of Any Worker.

3.2 We Are Not Responsible For The Quality, Timeliness, Or Outcome Of Any Work Performed.

3.3 Any Disputes Regarding Performance, Conduct, Or Contract Terms Must Be Resolved Directly Between Employer And Worker.

3.4 We Accept No Liability For Non-Payment, Underpayment, Late Payment, Or Disputes Regarding Pay Or Benefits.

4. Feedback & Account Action

4.1 Users May Provide Feedback, Ratings, And Reviews.

4.2 We Reserve The Right To Suspend Or Permanently Ban Any User Who Receives Repeated Negative Feedback, Engages In Misconduct, Or Violates These Terms.

4.3 Feedback Is The Opinion Of Users; We Do Not Verify Its Accuracy.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Employers Must Ensure Job Postings Are Lawful, Non-Discriminatory, And Accurate.

5.2 Workers Must Provide Truthful Information In Profiles And Applications.

5.3 Users Are Solely Responsible For Due Diligence (E.G., Background Checks, References, Identity Verification).

6. Prohibited Use

Users Must Not:

• Post Fraudulent, Misleading, Or Unlawful Content.

• Engage In Harassment, Discrimination, Or Abuse.

• Use The Platform For Spam, Scams, Or Non-Work-Related Purposes.

7. Limitation Of Liability
